01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the pub201 platform — whether through the website or the mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on pub201 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on the platform — what you deposit is credited to your account in PHP, and all winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

Deposits are accepted through Philippine online and mobile banking channels and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. pub201 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet channel.
• You may only withdraw to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

pub201 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

05Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on pub201 — whether on sports, live casino games, slot machines, or eBingo — are final once confirmed. pub201 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Sports betting rules:

• All sports bets are settled based on official results from verified data sources. In the event of a result being overturned after settlement, pub201 will re-settle the affected bets accordingly.
• Bets placed on void events (cancelled matches, walkovers, etc.) will typically be refunded to your balance at the original stake amount. Specific void rules are listed within each sport's betting rules section.
• In-play odds are subject to change in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Parlays require all legs to win for the parlay to pay out. A single voided leg in a parlay will reduce the parlay to the remaining legs.

Casino and slot game rules:

• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Game results cannot be manipulated by the player or by pub201.
• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in a controlled environment. The results of each round are final as declared by the dealer on camera.
• eBingo results are determined by the draw system used in each session. Multiple players may win the same pattern in a single session.

06Bonuses and Promotions
